Job Description

BetConstruct is looking for a Customer Retention Specialist who will be responsible for building proactive relationship with customers. This position coordinates, executes, and manages outbound call programs built to effectively retain customers through positive relationship building, listening to concerns/addressing issues, and educating on available products and services. This position requires someone who is highly organized, has excellent communication skills, displays good-judgment; and has experience in a direct selling environment in proactive customer development.

Things you’ll do:

  • Manage all customer retention activities
  • Create, optimize, and evolve retention strategies to keep clients
  • Work closely with various departments to develop objectives
  • Distribute surveys and questionnaires; make statistics
  • Create new or develop existing retention campaigns and programs
  • Evaluate program results and optimize as needed
  • Make calls, send SMS, internal messages and emails to the given target audience

We’re looking for candidates with:

  • Profound knowledge of English and Russian languages
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Advanced user of Microsoft excel
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines and pressure
  • Ability to work as a part of a team
  • Ability to be patient and understanding
