The AUA School of Public Health continues organizing scientific discussion series among professionals from various disciplines related to public health, including: social work, psychology, sociology, public administration, biology, biochemistry, ecology, etc.. The purpose of the discussion series is to unite the professionals, who have constructive and critical thinking, into one platform, which will give them opportunities to share their knowledge and experience with one another, discover the connections between public health and the disciplines they are coming from.
The discussion series include 15-20 minute presentations of scientific works (research, scientific essay, etc.) conducted by the presenter followed by a discussion about the topic.

The following topics will be presented:

1. Healthcare quality and patient safety in the Intensive care units of Yerevan Hospitals. Presenter: Lusine Musheghyan

2. Exfoliative cheilitis. Presenter: Mariam Khachikyan

3. Pediatric Palliative Care in Armenia: A Qualitative Analysis of the Needs of Adolescents With Cancer and Their Parents. Presenter: Armine Abrahamyan

The scientific discussion series language is Armenian, however, the presentations can also be in English.
