ARABIAN PENINSULA RESEARCH TRAVEL GRANTS

The Center for Middle Eastern Studies at Harvard University announces two travel research grants per summer research for Harvard students (undergraduate or graduate, any school) engaging in research in the Arabian Peninsula (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, UAE, Yemen, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman). The application requires a  proposal (maximum 750 word), budget, letter of recommendation from Harvard professor, and unofficial transcript (from most recent university if first year graduate student). 

Applications for summer funding are due March 31, 2017.

Upon the completion of the study sponsored by this grant, the student is required to present a two- to five-page report on their study/research, to Dr. Granara at the Center for Middle Eastern Studies, including an accounting of how the funds were spent.
